Children's programs
Creative, social-emotional programs — like Superheroes Unleashed — where children discover their strengths and build emotional regulation tools.

About Max-Quest
Max-Quest is a community-based educational company developed with the premise that healing systemic trauma comes from within. We provide programs, consultations, and more.
Monique Maxwell and her husband, Steven, created Max-Quest to address the realities and gaps they found through their combined 50 years of experience in social services, community, education, health, and justice — across North America (USA, but mainly Montreal) and South Africa. We intend to define new approaches that resonate in our modern world.
Our approach
Tools grounded in how the nervous system responds to stress, safety and connection.
Approaches matched to each stage of growth, from early grades to young leaders.
Practices that honour how children feel, express and make sense of their world.
Complex concepts broken down into clear, practical material anyone can use.

Signature program
A unique social-emotional, trauma-informed, developmental program where students design their own superhero based on themselves while learning meaningful skills. Each theme covers a different aspect of the self — Superpowers = Strengths, Villain = Challenges.
Through interactive activities and the creative arts, children strengthen their emotional regulation. At the end, they showcase a Mini Comic-Con celebrating their very own superhero alongside new learnings and tools.
